I received form from des, mail does
need to fill out direct deposit information and void check copy I mail it
According to DES they need social
security Number that was already printed o form with highlight
mail sanded again at NC DES
Later on I am not available to file
weekly certificate because my father (88 year) leg has injury and got a surgery
in India and mother got mental illness so I have to take care them.
I am back USA on 01-20-2016 and
snowing in Charlotte many business was close then I filed for unemployment
again on 02-25-2016
According to charlotte office I have
to file online at http://ncesc1.com and
I applied in computer but somehow I did not get any response from esc or not
getting any mail
I call 1-877-737-0259 and requested I
was visited Monday local office to file unemployment benefit
I requested that I am filed for
unemployment on Monday 02-25-2016 charlotte local office at 5601 Executive
Center DR #100
I got new claim
I should get benefit from 11-07-2016
to 11-17-2016 and 2nd time 02-15-2016 to continue
I file weekly certification every
week in November 2016 one time then January to present week) and this until
today
I visit sappenfield and talk with “rob
Sappenfield” according to him he said he does not know that I got laid off or quit!
I have to visit to employer location
at “stamp source” if they can write or report for laid off letter
